Partnering for Vet Fest 2026

We are excited to welcome you as a vendor at Vet Fest 2026 and appreciate your participation in helping make this event a success. Please review the following important information:

• Event Date: Saturday, August 15, 2026
• Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  Vendors are welcome to remain set up until 6:30 PM, though you may choose to stay for the duration of the event at your discretion.
• Vendor Setup: Setup may begin as early as 10:30 AM on the day of the event.
• Required Vendor Meeting: A mandatory informational meeting will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM. This meeting will provide an opportunity to meet the Vet Fest Committee, review event procedures, and be shown your assigned vendor space.

Vet Fest is hosted by McHenry American Legion Post 491, a nonprofit organization, and is organized by a dedicated seven-member volunteer committee committed to creating a memorable experience for our veterans and community.

As a participating vendor, you agree to sell only the product lines that have been approved as part of your application. If you would like to add or change any products, please contact the Vet Fest Committee in advance to obtain approval.

Please review the below Vendor Agreement carefully, including all rules, regulations, and requirements. To secure your space, the signed agreement and payment must be received within five (5) days. After that time, your reserved spot may be released and offered to another vendor.
